Ariana Grande is bringing her highly anticipated The Eternal Sunshine Tour to London this summer for an incredible 10 sold-out shows at The O2 Arena. These are the only European dates on the tour, so it's no surprise tickets sold out almost immediately.
I'll be attending the August 24 show, which will be my first time seeing Ariana live, so you can imagine how excited I am! That said, I've been to London for concerts dozens of times (including more than a few visits to The O2 Arena), so I've put together my best tips, practical information, and personal recommendations to help you make the most of your Ariana Grande concert experience.

Getting to and from The O2
The easiest way to get to The O2 Arena is via the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich Underground Station, which is just a few minutes' walk from the venue.
Getting back after the concert is usually straightforward, as London's public transport runs late into the night. However, expect queues after the show. Nearly 20,000 fans leave the arena at the same time, so it can take up to 40 minutes to reach the station.
Secret shortcut:Â When leaving the arena, follow the crowd towards North Greenwich Station, but don't join the main queue straight away. Instead, walk around to the back of the station, where there's often a much quieter entrance. (I've seen other concertgoers recommend this route, but I haven't had a chance to try it myself yet.)

When Is Ariana Grande Performing in London
As part of The Eternal Sunshine Tour, Ariana Grande will perform a 10-night residency at The O2 Arena in London. These are the only European shows on the tour.
London dates:Â August 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, and September 1, 2026.

Ariana Grande London 2026 Tickets - How to Get Them
All 10 London shows sold out quickly, but there are still a few ways to get tickets:
AXS Official Resale – Buy resale tickets directly from other fans through the official platform.
Sign up for ticket alerts – Last-minute ticket releases and additional resale tickets do happen.
Be careful with third-party sellers – Prices can be extremely high, and there's always a risk of invalid or overpriced tickets.
The official ticket sellers for the London shows are Ticketmaster UKÂ and AXS.
Important Information - Download Your Tickets Before the Show
For the London shows, you'll need to display your ticket using either the The O2 app or the AXS app (not the Ticketmaster UK app).
If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster UK, create an AXS account using the same email address you used for your Ticketmaster purchase. Your tickets should then automatically appear in your AXS account. Ticket holders will also receive an email with instructions on how to access their AXS Mobile ID tickets.

Important: Screenshots of tickets will not work. AXS Mobile ID tickets use a QR code that refreshes approximately every 60 seconds for security reasons. If you're giving your ticket to someone else, you'll need to officially transfer it through the AXS app rather than sending a screenshot.
Ticket Resale & Transfers
If you can no longer attend the show, you can transfer or resell your tickets directly through the AXS Mobile ID app. AXS Official Resale is the safest way to buy and sell tickets, as it allows fans to purchase verified tickets through the official platform. Simply log in to your AXS account and follow the steps to transfer or list your tickets for resale.

Doors and Set Times
According to The O2 Arena, the current timings for the London shows are:
Doors:Â 6:30 PM
Expected show start:Â 8:00 PM (not officially confirmed yet)
When to Arrive
If you have standing (floor) tickets, there's no need to arrive before 9:00 AMÂ on the day of the show. According to The O2 Arena, overnight queueing isn't allowed, and anyone attempting to camp overnight will be asked to leave. When you arrive, head to the designated queueing area (usually Entrance E, although this may vary depending on the show). Fans are generally admitted in the order they join the official queue.
Arriving a few hours before doors open should still give you a good chance of getting a spot in the first few rows, as Ariana's stage features a long runway and B-stage, giving standing fans plenty of great viewing opportunities along the runway and at the B-stage.
If you have seated tickets, I recommend arriving at least one hour before showtime. You'll avoid the busiest entry lines and still have plenty of time to grab food, drinks, or merchandise before the concert begins.
Finally, don't forget to allow some extra travel time. While London's public transport is excellent, delays on the Underground do happen from time to time.
Clear Bag Policy for Ariana Grande London 2026
One of the biggest differences for the London shows is the clear bag policy. Unlike most concerts at The O2 Arena, these shows require guests to bring clear bags only for security reasons.
Maximum bag size:Â 12"Ă—6"Ă—12" (30Ă—15Ă—30 cm) or smaller.
Bags must be 100% clear – no coloured tints, prints, or patterns. Small logos are permitted.
Bags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC.

What to Pack
Guests are strongly encouraged to bring only essential items. Please note that all belongings must be placed directly inside your clear bag. Additional bags or pouches inside your clear bag aren't permitted.
My personal concert essentials include:

Power bank
Hand sanitiser, tissues, or wet wipes
Empty collapsible water bottle
Please also note that Ariana Grande has a stricter camera policy than most concerts at The O2. Cameras and recording devices aren't permitted, although mobile phones are allowed.

Banners and posters are permitted up to A3 size.
Food, Water & Drinks
The O2 complex has 30+ bars and restaurants, so there are plenty of places to eat before the show. Food and drinks are also available inside the arena, although prices are typically higher (expect to pay around ÂŁ9 for a pint of beer).
You may bring an empty collapsible water bottle, which you can refill for free at the water stations inside the arena.
Where to Buy Ariana Grande Merch
There will be several places to buy official The Eternal Sunshine Tour merchandise during the London shows:
The O2 Merch Store:Â Located in the Outlet Shopping area at The O2, outside the arena.
Inside the arena:Â Merchandise stands are located on Level 1 (Block 104), with additional stands around the venue, including Level 4.
The Eternal Sunshine Tour Pop-Up
An official The Eternal Sunshine Tour pop-up store will be open in London from August 15 to August 28, 2026. No concert ticket is required to visit the pop-up store.

Opening Act
Ariana Grande has no opening act for The Eternal Sunshine Tour.

Ariana Grande fans have created a viral "Mute Challenge"Â during The Eternal Sunshine Tour. The moment happens during "we can't be friends (wait for your love)". After Ariana sings the lyric, "Me and my truth, we sit in silence,"Â the entire arena is supposed to go completely quiet.
