Decide on your preferred dates before the sale starts
Enter the waiting room early (usually opens 30 minutes before the sale). If the button isn’t visible yet, refresh the page - this is the only time you should refresh
Use one device and one tab only - multiple tabs can reduce your chances
Once you’re in the waiting room, you’ll be placed in the queue automatically when the sale starts - don’t refresh, even if the queue seems slow
💡 Pro tip: Keep an eye on the artist’s website and social media. Sometimes extra dates are announced while the sale is happening - and if you act quickly, you can grab tickets more easily (this worked for me with the Ariana shows!).

What We Know About the Stage Setup
During the Europe/UK presales, the stage layout for The Romantic Tour 2026 was revealed. Based on the seating maps across different cities, it appears that the show will feature a main stage only, with no extended runway or secondary stage shown at this time.
Of course, stage designs can still change closer to the tour, but for now, all European and UK venues are displaying a standard main-stage setup.
