Lady Gaga is bringing her highly anticipated tour, The MAYHEM Ball 2025, to Europe at the end of September. And she’s making a statement right away: four sold-out shows at the O2 Arena in London.

I’ll be at the October 4th show, which will be my first time seeing Lady Gaga live – so you can imagine my excitement! That said, I’ve been to London for concerts dozens of times (and the O2 Arena more than a few), so I’ve put together my best tips and personal notes to help you make the most of your Lady Gaga experience.

Quick Navigation – Lady Gaga London 2025

Getting to and from the O2

The easiest way to get to the O2 Arena is via the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich underground station – it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the venue. Getting back is usually smooth, as London transport runs late into the night. However, you can expect queues after the concert. Nearly 20,000 fans leave at once, so it can take up to 40 minutes to reach the station.

Secret shortcut: When you leave, follow the crowd toward the station but don’t join the main queue. Instead, head around the back of the station to a quieter entrance.

Pro tip: The Uber Boat departs from QEII Pier about 15 minutes after the show. If it’s heading your way, it’s a fun, scenic alternative!

Lady Gaga 2025 Tickets – How to Get Them Now

All four London shows sold out in minutes, but there are still options:

  • Ticketmaster Verified Resale – face value resale tickets occasionally appear.

  • AXS Official Resale – resale tickets directly from other fans.

  • Sign up for alerts – last-minute ticket drops do happen.

  • Be careful with third-party sellers – prices can be extremely high, and there’s always a risk of invalid tickets.

Official ticket sellers in the UK: Ticketmaster, Live Nation UK, and AXS.

When is Lady Gaga Performing at the O2?

Lady Gaga will perform four nights at the O2 Arena in London:

  • Monday, 29 September 2025

  • Tuesday, 30 September 2025

  • Thursday, 2 October 2025

  • Saturday, 4 October 2025

Full tour dates: Lady Gaga Official Site.

Doors and Set Times

According to the O2 Arena site:

  • Doors open: 6:30 PM

  • Show starts: 8:30 PM

When to Arrive

All tickets are seated (even on the floor), so there’s no need to queue early. Still, I recommend arriving at least an hour before showtime. You’ll avoid the worst lines, have time to grab food, and browse the merch stands.

Also, the London Underground isn’t always the most reliable - plan extra travel time just in case.

Food, Water & Drinks

The O2 complex has 30+ bars and restaurants - plenty of options before the show. Inside the arena, food and drinks are available but pricey (around £9 for a pint of beer).

Water: You can bring a refillable, collapsible water bottle (must be empty at entry). Free refill stations are available inside.

What to Pack

  • Bag size limit: A4 (21 x 30 cm) or smaller. Larger bags must be stored at O2 Bag Storage (£10 per bag).

  • Essentials: phone, ID, power bank, hand sanitizer/wipes, empty water bottle.

Other rules:

  • Cameras: Small personal cameras are fine (no flash). DSLRs, GoPros, and professional gear are not allowed.

  • Banners/Posters: Allowed up to A3 size. Offensive wording, hard materials, or oversized flags are not permitted.

Merch at the O2 Arena

  • O2 Merch Store: Located in the Outlet Shopping area at The O2 (outside the arena).

  • Inside the Arena: Level 1, Block 104, plus additional stands around the venue (including Level 4).

Opening Act

Lady Gaga has no opening act for The MAYHEM Ball Tour.

The MAYHEM Ball Tour Stage Layout

The stage setup features a main stage with a long runway leading to a half-circle B-stage. This design gives floor-seat fans lots of close-up moments as Gaga walks the runway and performs at the B-stage.

Fan Interaction

During Vanish Into You, Lady Gaga does her signature barricade walk. Fans from the US shows have noted that she almost always exits on the right side of the stage (from the audience’s perspective), walks down the right barricade - sometimes all the way to the end and around the corner - then circles the B-stage before heading back on stage via the left stairs.

If you have seats near the B-stage, you’re in luck - it’s almost a guarantee you’ll see Gaga up close. Be ready for an iconic moment: you might interact with her, hand her a gift (black roses have become a trendy choice to match the tour’s vibe), or even get an autograph (yes, it’s happened!).

The Setlist

The MAYHEM Ball setlist follows a structured five-act format:

  • Act I: Of Velvet And Vice

  • Act II: And She Fell Into A Gothic Dream

  • Act III: The Beautiful Nightmare That Knows Her Name

  • Act IV: Every Chessboard Has Two Queens

  • Finale: The Eternal Aria Of The Monster Heart

And finally, the encore: How Bad Do U Want Me. You can check a recent US show setlist here.

Final Thoughts

The MAYHEM Ball is one of the most anticipated tours of the year, and the Lady Gaga London 2025 shows at the O2 Arena are set to be unforgettable. I hope this guide helps you prepare, plan, and enjoy every moment of the experience.
